Q. Is Wizard Vysion a truly 24/7/365 monitored service?
A. Yes, with our Plus and Platinum Plans.

Q. Do I need a broadband connection?
A. Yes, Wizard Vysion requires a broadband connection of DSL or higher.
   High speed 2 way satellite and cellular services are also supported if broadband
   is not available.

Q. Can I finance a Wizard Vysion system?
A. Yes. Wizard Vysion can finance any system, including the full term of the service subscribtion,
    through our leasing company.
   
Q. How long is a Wizard Vysion service subscription?
A. Typically our standard contract is 36 months.

Q. How is my video data backed up?
A. All event video clips are securely perserved at our Central Monitoring Center.
   Optional onsite data storage is available.

Q. How long is video kept (stored)?
A. That depends on whether you are recording on event, or recording always.
   Wizard Vysion configures standard systems to record on event for 60-90 days of storage,
           and full time recording for approximately 30 days.

Q. Do you have apps for the iPhone or Blackberry?
A. Yes, Wizard Vysion remote security applications support iPhone, Blackberry, and Android access.
